Bikram began his career at the dawn of the personal computing era and as a software engineer he witnessed, and contributed to, the evolution of various computer systems, working with early computing languages to today's no-code platforms powered by Artificial Intelligence.
He was a founding member of Oracle India and eventually rose to lead global teams of over 3,000 people across many countries—including China, Chile, the Philippines, Egypt, Romania, Egypt, Ireland and India—in his roles as Vice President of Systems, Platform Engineering, and Global Centers. His leadership later extended to teams in Germany, the UK, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, and more.
After 35 years of managing engineering organizations and collaborating across diverse cultures, Bikram’s journey came full circle. Drawing on his extensive experience, he transitioned into his current role as a leadership coach, facilitator, trainer, and consultant—a work he has embraced since 2021 through his venture IBTA GLOBAL with Impactful Leadership programs.
Bikram partners with executives and leaders across various industries and geographies like India, Australia, UK and the US, looking for positive outcomes.
